What is Boudoir?

Boudoir is a word of French origin, it is derived from the French word "bouder" meaning to pout. A boudoir is a room to which a woman would steal away if she wanted a moment alone, to decompress, get dressed, or spend time with a special guest.

Boudoir photography is built upon this premise, at its base form, boudoir is a type of portrait photography. However, as you may have guessed boudoir is the intimate portraiture of a *woman.

*Boudoir is typically the photographing of a single party, but it can also be a woman posing with her partner. 

Will you photoshop my photos?

Can I bring a friend to the shoot?

Of course! Who doesn’t love a good hype man? Ultimately, we want you to feel comfortable and have as much fun as you can! So if you want to bring a buddy or two, that is totally fine!

Do I have to be Naked?

No! You don't have to be naked, nor do you even have to be in lingerie if that is not what you feel comfortable doing. If you want to be in a slouchy sweater or a fancy blazer, you can totally do that! Boudoir is all about feeling sexy, beautiful, comfortable, and most of all - confident in your skin.  

What if I need to cancel my shoot?

Absolutely, no worries at all! If you need to cancel a shoot and do not  want to/ are unable to reschedule your shoot you are able to get a partial refund up to 7 days before the booking.
